Ummm whenever i try to upload stuff is says like "this page has expired" or something like that... any help would be appreciated

Google solves 97% of problems.

Basically many, if not almost all sites use a cookie. It's a little text like file that remembers information from a site so it's easier/able to recognize you. Such as this forum, if you click log in automatically that saves a cookie to your computer [under your browsers' files]. To allow more you may have to step down, turn off your firewalls.
