Cache.bin, NEED HELP

Hey, i accidentaly deleted my cache.bin files, now i cant load halo off my HDD without it saying the disc is dirty and blah blah blah. I need to know how to get them back, or if anyone could send me a copy of theirs! I am usually confident about this stuff but now Ive scared myself.

Please help!
