how do you make weapons shoot paint balls?

Make the projectile model the Plasma Grenade, then skin the grenade. And make the projectile impact [effe] into blood splat [effe].

At least thats how I interpret it after just looking at the mod, so don't think thats the way they did it.

And if you do it Elites way, make the Final project speed around 20 or 10...
