Sig Tutorials, Can't find.

Well, I have a lot of free times on my hand and I don't want to get burned out on modding so I'll attempt sigs, and I know nothing about them. I know I saw a sig tutorial here a while back, but if anyone can link me to a good sig tutorial, and some tips because I've seen users post ones here i thought were good and people rated them 1/10 and i was like

But I'm willing to try it so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Photoshop.

Like Adobe 7.0 or are they really the same. And isn't there like a Jasc Paintshop?

I have Adobe Photoshp 7.0
