Model Injection Issues

I posted this under a thread as a second question but got no answers so I deleted it and made a new thread since that seemed more appropriate.

I made some icicles for my snowy warlock and gave them the proper shader. I replaced the model with something already in the scenery, the water drops. When I injected the model with entity it screwed up the vertices and connected the tips of the icicles (the model itself was not just one, but around 5 icicles. But then when I started up the game the model seemed to be super-sized and when you look around you will see obviously overstretched parts of the icicles. That was when I injected it with entity. So I injected via darkmatter and that seemed to work fine. I placed it in entity's bsp viewer and everything looked fine. Then When I used the model injected with darkmatter it makes my icicles not appear at all and it changed the snow so that instead of white particles falling it has larger red, blue, and other colors, of snow falling.

What is so screwed up that I cant get some stinkin icicles on my map!
