[Halo Custom Edition] AI respawn problem.

I followed this tut for AI http://ghost.halomaps.org/tutorials/ , go to the bottom and one of the tuts is called Adding Artificial Intelligence (AI). Its by Aztec and SRG. When I test the respawn in Sapien they do respawn (I make a new instance of encounters and then delete it) but in game when I kill them they dont respawn.
