Make Masterchief fly

Can someone please give me a tutorial on how to make master chief fly, i've been looking for about an hour now and can find anythingon it, please help!

go to dothalo...open up bipd....click master chief (mp) ....click fly.....done

i just opened up dothalo and there is no fly button there

I think there's a instant flying bipd APP in the Downloads section.
