1 question help plz

i know it sounds like a noob mod question but i saw this really old mod n a video where u hold the trigger and it charges right well i saw the mod and he woul;d charge the plasma pitol and it would shoot plasma grenades non stop until he stoped charging so can anybody help me wit this
