Problem with the Creating New Emblems tut [Halo2]

When I try to open up the foreground dds in Photoshop is says: "Could not complete your request because of a problem with the file-format module interface."

I have the DDS plugin for PS and I have the dll for Ch2r.

Did you put that DDS plugin in the right place? It should be in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop\Plug-Ins\File Formats, by default.

It's been working fine, just having it in the regular Plug-ins folder... I skinned a hog. No problem. But when I tried this. Kaboom! Well not kaboom but.. you get the idea. I'm sure I have it correct in PS.

Are you using the Plugin that Tual linked to in his tutorial? Because that one works for me.

Yes I am using his plug-ins, both of them... I thought I mentioned that.
