Invisible Barriers

Could someone mabey write out a tut on how to remove the invisible barriers in a map? I don't know if its possible but some help would be appreciated.

I feel the easiest way to do it is through Entity. Extract your collision BSP as a .obj. Open that in Milkshape and just lower the vertices you see as walls.
