CE issues.

[MoTown Champ]

Every time i start a game no one ever joins and i tested this on the trial(i have CE now) with a friend of mine and he couldn't find the game. I have also noticed the server IP for servers i create is dfferent than the servers created by others so can somone tell me what is wrong?????
