Problem adding weather

Ok I haven't try to but if I am going to add weather would i need to convert the maps BSP to a map with weather. If there is a easier way to do it please post it.

Basically right now you can only swap the weather, you cant just add like snow to ascension, unless it is active scenery. Like put rain in lockout or snow in warlock. Use Insolence to swap the weather in the [scnr] tag then open up ADI and swap the [weat] dependenciy in the [sbsp] tag.

I forgot to mention the map I am trying to use doesn't have weather thats why I am asking this sorry
