Certain Sites Not Working!

I Love Makeing Sites However Certain Sites YOU Can See My Firefox Cannot View

In Example -
www.halo3forums.net < Can You load The Site?
I Cannot View It?

Or JKS's Site He Said Its Working But I Cannot Connect To It?

Any Clues?

I use Firefox and I can see it just fine.
