I got the prgram to connect to my xbox but I don't no what to do with the drives ( I have the s$ forlder and u$ WHat do i do?

You don't do anything to your drives. When you connect to the Xbox it downloads the images to your computer, then just use it to save them as JPG's.

Well I tryied BACK LEFT THUMB STICK and nothing happened.

Dont you mean Baxk+Left D-Pad?
