What is dark matter and what is it used for?

it is a full map editor. if your comp can run the bsp viewer thing, you can view the map and move things around in it. you can also just edit the cords. you can do all sorts of stuff with it.

Don't double post.
It's kinda like Sparkedit, it has a BSP viewer where you can move things around, but you cant create anything in it.
