How do i change object spawn points?

ok, i want to make new spawn points that are flowting in the are, and off the map, and stuff, so what programs do i need to do that, i have the xpain(s/p) but the camera view is under the map(how do i fix thts) and what program do i need to get ti to spawn there?

Not sure where to find the app, but it is in all the program launchers...All in On....All in Wonder...Zipcon.

they had the same programs, bu i kepd the one program, but i need it so it add a mach too, because i want that, i know other people did it, why cant i?
