Plasma Nade Question

I'm trying to make it so that my plasma grenades are red. So far I've been able to make the actual grenade red and then the close up cloud stuff red using skins. But I can't figure out how to make the explosion and path red. Can anyone tell me how to do this and if it can be done the same way skins are done?

skin contrails and maybe change effect.

Also, if you have a red texure, the explosion will be the color on the ground. EX: throw a unskinned grenade on a red serface, the explosion will be red.

A grenade can be both a plasma grenade and a fragment grenade.

Are you saying I can't change it? Plasma grenades blow up blue, he was talking about a frag grenade because frag grenades blow up the color of the dirt. And the plasma grenades fly with blue trail stuff while the frags are a different color looking sortof like ground and are a different texture/look to them.

Actually if you go to the [ligh] i think and look for plasma grenade you can change the colors. Just make red like 15 and everything else 0.

Sigh, HMT does not let me edit that. Any mac programs that I could use to edit the ligh? And you are correct it is there.
