help with maps

i downloaded a map and extracted it into my halo maps folder, then opened the game and it didnt work. HELP!

A map for Halo CE or Halo PC?

And what's the name of the map?

Ok, so you put it in your Halo CE map folder, right?

That's "...Microsoft Games/Halo Custom Edition/maps"

well the folder is just "MAPS", which is in my "Halo" folder

Halo CE maps are for Halo CE, not PC. You have to download Halo CE.
