Getting SP things to MP

I cant find a tutorial on how to take something from sp and send it to mp, ive tried using some programs but i just get an error when i try to load the sp map, what am i doing wrong?

Download Insolence (best app for this) and follow some tutorials. Search around, or maybe even go to the Insolence website.

I tried using insolence, and it gave me an error.
