how to convert ce to pc

Ok i posted a forum below and well the guy was going to tell me how to convert the maps using a hex editor but then just ditched me. So my question is how do you convert a halo ce map to a pc map and have it work in halo pc and with spark edit and hmt. If thats even possible because i know that the converter dosnt make it playable in pc just hmt. So if anybody has any ideas i would appreciate it. Thanks .
