how can i add more seats to vehicles in halo pc?

can someone give me a easy tutorial of how to add seats to vehicles. i know this was done before but the tutorial was too hard. and tell me what tools i need to do it.

There should be a seat-adding application in the Utilities section. If not theres one in the All In one v2 app.
