Dark Matter Help, Stops When I Load

Ok well I got Dark Matter and I can open it fine, I scroll down to the sbsp tag and click the scenario but It just stops like 1 bar from the end. Here is a video.

ok after you click the sbsp tag look in the bottom left of DM and click Raw Data Editor then it will open.

Make sure you have the latest .net and what map are you trying to open?

I have the 2.0 Framework and Im trying to open containment, Ive tried more maps as well.
