HMT Isn't Working

I tried to reinstall HMT, but I got the below error. I tried downloading .NET Framework 2.0, but for some reason I couldn't install it. It said that I needed to have some other program to install it, but that program was .NET Framework 2.0! Is the Framework the problem? If not, please explain? If so, please link me to the framework.

Top is error, bottom is the Framework I downloaded.

Oh I used to have this problem before and I stumbled across the answer by accident lol. First of all, you always yes, always, have to open HMT with WinRaR. Then, instead of closing it, just minimize the RaR window and it'll work! Hope I was of help!
