My computer wont let me play halo

My computer wont let me play halo

I recently reinstalled halo and now every time i try to play i get this message:

and idk what program its talking about

Something wrong happened during the installation process. My only advice would be to uninstall and reinstall.

ive done that somethings up with the game and i cant play it
