Distorted Weapon!

Umm my weapon that I made is all distorted here is the pic of what is wrong. B4 it was white but I fixed that. Now its all screwed up. And I know for a fact that it is the bitmaps not my weapon.

You used alpha channels?Or mask tool in Paintshop? :D
