Best settings for Halo PC?

What is the best setting for the least lag and best aim capability. IE: Vsync or novsync, refresh framerate? things like that? Also I remember there was a sentence you could type after the halo shortcut like "use11" or something like that to get rid of the comercial at the beggining. And it also forced Halo to run a different driver(not sure what the purpose of that is)?

I don't know about Halo, but in Half Life 2, a lot of people report a loss in framerate with Vsync On.

I can see you read the stickies frequently to check for any recent updates.

Anyway, it all depends on what your moniters refresh rate is, and if it's incredibly high turn it on no vsync, but if it's an average moniter, just keep it on vsync.
