why when i add chinks does it freeze where ever a spawn n item?

i added 6 chunks to the itmc of the scenrio tag and i when eva i do that it freezes wheneva i go near where i spawn em.

can ne1 help?

can you help me with adding chunks maybe i can help out with the error lol ive been trying all night to add chunks but i dont know how i have insolence chunk adder adi dothalo and darkmatter and some other programs can u make a short tut please


i know your trying to find your problem but maybe if you helped me i could help you

Ok I think there might be a tutorial already but I am unsure so this is what you need:

-Dark Matter
-Insolence
-Chunk Adder- Get it HERE

Ok now have a little patience....

Step 1: Open Insolence then open your SP map you want your scenery from and your MP map you will be adding it to. I will be using 08b_deltacontrol.map and coagulation.map. I am going to place a fire in the map somewhere.

Once you dragged that into your coagulation.map, you can close your SP map. So now in your MP map goto itmc tag and click multiplayer\single_weapons\battle_rifle. Once clicked you now right click and click duplicate. So now you have this:

Double click the multiplayer\single_weapons\battle_rifle and on the right you will see this:

Once you clicked Item Permutations you will now see this:

Click the little dropdown box where it says itmc and chamge it to scen. Then in the big dropdown box where it says objects\weapons\rifle\battle_rifle\battle_rifle change that to effects\scenery\fires\fire_basic_large. It will be the last one in the list.

So now you should have something looking like this:

Ok you can now close Insolence you are done with it. Open up Chunk Adder. Click file and open your map. Change the plugin type to scnr and next to it in the drop down box, select collections. In the last dropdown box at the bottom select the only one in the list. It will be 23B1498 COAGULATION. Your screen should now look like this:

Got it? Good. now click All Done Here and it will bring up a new screen. Make it look EXACTLY like this:

After that click on the Add button in the lower right hand corner. It'll ask you if you want to go on then say ok and then the program will close. Something to note is when it adds the chunks, wherever your MP map is on your computer, it makes a new one called coagulation.map.map. This is the one you will be using and not the coagulation.map.

Ok so now open up Dark Matter and open your coagulation.map.map and scroll down to scnr tag. Click Meta Editor and on the right side a bunch of tabs will come up. Scroll over until you find Collections.

Click the dropdown box with the number 0 in it and scroll all the way down to the number 84. It will say some type of weapon in the biggest dropdown box and change that to your multiplayer\single_weapons\battle_rifle2. Then click save changes. For the spawn time, just put it at like 10000. For the X and Y coordinates, you can open Coord Finder by Glitchy and load the .mfv for coag and find where you want your new fire to spawn. For the Z coordinate(height) you can just copy and paste a Z coordinate from like the Rocket laucher if you want it to spawn on the ground. Once you figure where you want it spawned, click save changes and you are DONE. Sign the map and FTP it to your box. Have fun!!!
