Importing Gmax files in 3ds max 6

I can't find any plugins or scripts anywhere, its pissing me off and I need something by Saturday. I would appreciate anyone's help.

Even if it is not directly Gmax to 3ds, something that Gmax can export that 3ds max can import would be fine also. (Ex. .obj, .lwo, etc.)

i dont completely understand what your saying but ill say that you should get milkshape it works great... for me anyway
