help!

I downloaded Halo CE and I thought that I would be able to play new levels across other peoples servers straight away but all that was there were levels like gluch and infinity etc... so i downloaded new modded levels and created games but i want to know why new levels dont come up when i press get list?its just the same old levels from the old halo multiplayer.Do i need to download a level before i can play it across other peoples server? any clue?

maybe other ppl arnt hosting with those maps
