Sparkedit Problem

ok so i was working on my sparkedit

and it slowed down to .25 fps and i couldent do anything with that frame
speed

so i exited and restarted it and it started fast and droped again

y is plz help

is it my gfx card because i just bought a new one a month ago
or is it my whole cpu in general

did it just happen while you where working or did it happen after you restarted or upgraded?
