I NEED HELP LOOKIN FOR "DEV KIT" OR "DEV TRAI

I need to know where to get the "Dev Kit" or "Dev Trainer" or watever its called for Halo PC. The program with the "Time Freeze" feature. DOES ANYBODY KNOW ANY DIRECT LINKS OR ANY SITES WHERE I CAN GET THIS PROGRAM?!?!? THNX.

umm yeah next time try www.dogpile.com its alot better than google because it searches the intire frase exsacly in google it just searches up words no matter how many time you put it in anyways here is the link.

yea i finally got it. but its a different trainer than wat i was lookin for tho. sumthin called a sheep trainer or somthin...

actually if u put the phrase in "quotes" it searches the whole phrase
