how can i edit a halo pc light map (pc not ce)

there's a bitmaps that you edit. It's levels/test/bloodgulch, or something like that. All I know is that it's unspecified, look for something that ends with the word bloodgulch.
You take it out, and make it all black, and it'll make the map prett dark, you might want to add some lights after you do this.

It's been a long time since I've done this, so I might not be completely right.
