changing the xbox's flubber intro

ok this is about the flubber thing (dont know what to call it) that shows up when u first turn on your xbox. there a second one put there by the programmers that is compleaty different. it only show up when u put a non-xbox formated disk into the drive (ex: a PS2 disk). it also comes up sometimes if the xbox cant read the disk from the start (ex: the halo dirty disk) i wanted to know if anyone knew how to change this "hidden" intro into the default intro. it probly the easiest thing in the world and im to retarted to figure it out. plz help me.

P.S. sry bout the spelling problems. i cant spell to save my life

... I've had plenty of 'Dirty Disc' errors in my time and I have never seen a different animation before.

That xbox animation is the same clip you get if you put an xbox game in your pc.

Your talkin' high level DirectX reverse engineering and coding, umm.. you'll need to find someone who has a lot of knowledge on that (try a xbox-scene or xbox-linux member). If you have an Xecuter 3, you can change the colors with the X3CL BIOS...

O, for skins, try http://www.allxboxskins.com

And besides, I heard when the Xecuter team changed the flubber, some problems occurred with some games, so it isnt worth it...

Ok that is just a .VOB (DVD) movie file on the disc, your xbox plays that when it mistakes it for a DVD, if you want that file just stick any xbox game into the CD-ROM drive on your computer on pull it from the disc, now about making it your xbox start up animation I don

the flubber animation is in the xbox bios . in order to flash your bios you need to solder points on your motherboard, to enable your bios to be flashed. as to what bios you need it depends on your tsop chip size. the people at xbox-scene are very helpful . go to the TSOP flash section.
