problem

my friend has a promblem he was moding his xbox and he got banned from xbox live so he tried to add another acount and he coundent with the dash bored turned so he went to turn it off and he had deleted the mecasalt fill that can turn it off and he reput mecasault on his xbox but that still didnt have the delete because the new mecasault file had not been installed so he thought that doing a restore would turn it back to like it was before he moded it he would reinstall the mod and put a new xbox live acount on his xbox but it deleted his dash bored and screwed up his xbox it wont let him do any thing but play games and it delted his old xbox live acount and the dash bored so is there anyway he can fix it
