No Weapon Start and etc?

What I am trying to do is make it so that everyone has no weapon and there is one Battle Rifle on the map? How would I do this and move the weapon placement of the BR to the middle of the map?

Null out all of the weapons that you start with except for the Battle Rifle.

Then find a random object in the middle of the map (Doesn't matter what it is) and replace it with [TAG: WEAP] [WEAPON: BATTLE RIFLE]

YOU MOD ON LIVE AND I WILL COME ROUND AND CUT OFF YOUR BALLS AND SHOVE THEM DOWN YOUR THROAT!!

Sounds to me like someone wants to mod on Live..

No starting weapons, one BR, and located somewhere where no one in the right mind would go.
