how do i make warthogs shoot out of a PP?

i use dot halo but it always doesn't allow me to do it...is there a program that will. Also, I need to be able to shoot plasma grenades out of a pp and make them shoot like a bullet...and i also need to make an automatic weapon...

for the hog shooting pp, take the meta offset of the warthog from vehi and paste the offset over the pp proj.
