How do i place a weapon down in sapien and make it stay??

well? how do i? after a bout 10 seconds into my map in game, the weapons dissapear. how do i make them not disspear?

you place them in as netgame equipment, not weapons.

In the heirarchy find Netgame Equipment...and place them...
Same method you used for the weapons. This goes for equipment such as Camo as well.

Weapons and Equipment are for SP. Netgame Equipment is for MP.
