source code of spark edit and hmt v3.5

i knoiw this may be the wrong forum but id like to know some thing has any one got the source code for sperk edit the latest one and hmt v3.5 cos if so could they pm me the source code cos im thinking of making a new program like spark edit but with the pluginsystem of hmt and the rebuilding system of hmt of course il learn how it works first them have a play around and see what i can do then compile it and try it out maybe post some betas finish it more and release it i know theres promethous thats ment to do all that includding all the halo formats but this program would only be for halo pc but i think we need a new tool for halo pc and id like to make one but i need the source code.....

ask gren and mono... altho i dont think mono will answer on his pm, and on internet he's also hard to find
