HMT Prob!

Hi,
I recently downloaded Halo Map Tools off Halomods but i have a prob and every time i try to open it up a popup appears saying ' The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135).'
Any help or tips will be well received.

You need .net Framework.

Ok ive got framework but now its sayin...
'Application has generated an exception that could not be handled. Process id=0x8a0 (2208), Thread id=0x8a8 (2216). Click Ok to terminate the application, Click cancel to debug the application.'
I then click cancel and it comes up saying...
'Registered JIT debugger is not available. An attempt to launch a JIT debugger with the following command resulted in an error code of 0x2 (2). Please check computer settings. cordbg.exe !a 0x8a0. Click on retry to have the process wait while attaching a debugger manually. Click Cancel to abort the JIT debug request.'
Could you plz tell me what is a JIT debugger and how i set it manually. Thanks
