Help me with my computer!

I have this message that keeps popping up when I use my computer at the top it says "iexplore.exe" and the message says: The instructions at 0x37001328 referenced memory at 0x71ab428a the memory could not be "written" Ciick on OK to terminate the program.(it popped up as I was writing this so it is word for word). Is there any way to stop this? It is really annoying.

well "iexplore.exe" is Internet Explorer. You should probably contact Microsoft Tech Help for that.

Or just ignore it and use FireFox.

I recomend the second one.
