capture card help

how do i take screenshots using my capture card and is there a way were i don't need to use that

to take screenshots, just hit the 'printscreen' button on your keyboard and then open up Paint, Photoshop, Paintshop, ect. and hit Edit>Paste.

As for recording video, I couldn't tell you. Sorry, but I've never tried.

you could do what i do and make a vid then put it on the xbox and take the screenshot using xbmc
