need help when importing models

I created a model then when I try to import it into halo it wont do it. Any help?

I got the same question more or lass. I rebuilt a map following a tut in the Starters Kit 1.2 and the map came out ok except for a bunch of glitches, but the main thing is that the pelican was to be put into the map i rebuilt (bloodgulch) but it wasn't, when open with SparkEdit I see the Pelican in the MODELS tab, how do i get it to the map, I tried swapping but no luck.

Lend a hand.
