Halo for PC (NOT CE!) mods

How do I go about finding mods for Halo for PC that are NOT for CE?

Specifically, i am referring to the type where:

1. The users do not have to download the map file
2. Modded map files reside on the server
3. Mods are subtle - like vehicles added in Ratrace, raised ceilings, invisible teleporters that are added

Specifically, I am looking for some that are similar or identical to the Halo Modality servers (which now seem to have dissappeared).

Can anyone point me in the right direction? All I seem to be finding as I scour is CE mods.

Halo PC mod files here were decimated during the shut down period, I recommend you look elsewhere, maybe levels4you.
