FTP Problems

ok im new at ftping an xbox to a computer but this is what i got

Xecuter2 Mod Chip
FTP with either IE or Cute FTP

i have it all right the name password, and ip problem is when i check the das on the xbox it sats for the hd that its locked and its blue so i cannot change it

does anyone know how to unlock it with out reinstalling software, or hurting the xbox?

please post tut on how to

Ps this is not for XBL the other non modded one is for xbl this is just for lan games and fooling around.

You dont need to unlock the HD, unless you want to use it in another computer. Better to keep it locked anyways, that way you can boot into the normal BIOS. Mine is unlocked, since its new (havent locked it yet..probably wont). Ummm...about your FTP problems.......I dont get what your trying to say.

Make sure everything is connected
Make sure your xbox is getting a static IP from your router or computer

but what im saying is im trying to take files on my computer and put them on the xbox hard drive via ftp but when i enter in the address for the xbox it says that its locked and make sure i have access all i ned to know is how? how do i shut off the lock temper?
