Can Some One Please Help
I Am Going To Make A bunch of mods for my little ckan and i was wondering what program would be the best to make an individual mod for an individual map

what i mean is i could change just a few things in a map then the patch maker finds those changes ands puts them into a ppf so people can have just the mods they like instead of the entire map filled with mods

id go for dot halo cos u can make the changes or mods then make a ppf out of them so u got both in one package
