Model Problem (Milkshape)

I used milkshape to edit the pistol, and i deleted various bits of the pistol (i didn't add anything) yet i ended up with more vertecis and indecies than i started with (meaning it wont inject) WTF. Any help would be appreciated.

u cannot take or add anything to the model

just scale them down to 0
