How do people make a fully outo Battel rifel like the smg i cant figure it out?

Insolence is very easy, just open the map then go to weapons. Open up the br tag, then open triggers, make sure its on visible values. Then click on rounds per shot, then enter the value. easy as pie

no i dont use senarity its a peice of crap ther are no tutorals on it i cant understand what the Fu_k it does and finaly i dont use it use ADI tell me how to do it with out senetiy . BEcause it sucks

insolence is a program on its own. You dont need serenity at all
