dds plugin for paint?

can someone please direct me to where it is located? not aisle 5. a web site
thank u if u can get it. (i ran out of photoshop trail and i thought of a skin idea for my mod, the skin will be released separately if u wanted to know)

Does it matter? Who would ever make a .dds plugin for MS Paint? Get photoshop or paintshop.

i think u can convert an image file into .dds using DxtBmp

i suggest that you DO NOT use ms paint.
download something else.. i heard The Gimp windows is good..

2) the skin i want to make is simple but funny as hell
