Free Halo CE server hosting?

Halo PC and CE are being a bitch to me and I can't host servers, can I somehow get another host to host the server for me and yet I can still be the admin of the server?

Well u could pay someone monthly to host a dedicated server for you and they could make a password to use the admin function
