About the dds plugin for photoshop/paintshop pro

I have downloaded the dds plugin from many different sites. I put it in my plugin folder then load the photoshop up. But when I try saving a file as dds then this nvida window comes up. I check everything but the save button is ghosted. Anyone help.

How about you don't check everything.

ok so i uncheck everything thats default checked?

Ok i *willingly* fooled around with every single freaking option. This is what it looks like
